Return Policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product by sending the Seller a written notice of withdrawal in free form. The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All expenses related to returning the product to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered products, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or expire rapidly;
• the ordered products are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order.

The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product or its use in bad faith if, during the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
